Brittney, a native of Memphis, TN, discovered her passion for Pom and competitive dance in high school as a member of the National Championship-winning Christian Brothers High School Pom Squad. Brittney, a native of Memphis, TN, discovered her passion for Pom and competitive dance in high school as a member of the National Championship-winning Christian Brothers High School Pom Squad. She continued her dancing as a member, Captain and choreographer of the Mississippi State University Pom Squad from 1999-2002, further deepening her love for the sport.

Brittney’s coaching career began while she was still in high school and has continued ever since. As a head coach, she led her teams to state championship titles in Mississippi, Tennessee and South Carolina, as well as top placements at UDA and DTU National Championships.

After relocating to Charleston, Brittney founded the Crusaderettes Dance Team at Christ Our King-Stella Maris School in 2015. Over the past 10 seasons, she has led the team to multiple State and Regional titles and five National Championship titles.

Now, as the founder of Charleston Elite Dance, Brittney is dedicated to introducing young dancers to Pom and competitive dance team as a sport while also preparing more experienced athletes to dance at the collegiate level. Her passion and expertise continue to shape the next generation of elite dancers.

Claire, originally from Nashville, TN, attended Brentwood Academy and became a member of the 10x nationally & 9x state acclaimed Brentwood Dance Team. Additionally, she is an alum of the prestigious, top-ranked DC Dance Factory. Among hundreds of talented peers, Claire was selected for the Tennessee Dance Team

Claire, originally from Nashville, TN, attended Brentwood Academy and became a member of the 10x nationally & 9x state acclaimed Brentwood Dance Team. Additionally, she is an alum of the prestigious, top-ranked DC Dance Factory. Among hundreds of talented peers, Claire was selected for the Tennessee Dance Team from 2018-2022, during which the team earned two national championship titles in D1A Pom and D1A Gameday. In 2024, Claire relocated to Charleston with the aspiration of helping individuals of all ages master Pom as well as technical elements that prepare them for collegiate dance. Claire works in marketing for Nash Grey.  She enjoys communicating with customers worldwide and finding the latest and greatest trends in the fashion industry. Claire is eager to spread confidence and strength to dancers not only in their dance journeys, but also as young children/adults learning to navigate life. She is always finding the newest exercises and drills for students to gain the physical ability to gain new skills on and off the dance floor!

Madi is a dancer with a strong foundation in Jazz and Pom. Born in Louisville, Kentucky, she grew up training at the Vision Dance Center, a 15-time World Championship-winning program, which honed her skills and developed her love for dance. This training prepared her for the next chapter of her journey, where she attended the University of Tennessee. During her time there, she was a part of the prestigious dance team, contributing to two national championships. Beyond competition, Madi believes in the power of giving back to the community. Being part of the dance team, she helped organize and participate in community events, while also mentoring aspiring dancers who dreamed of one day joining the team. Currently, Madi stays busy as a nurse working in the CTICU at MUSC. Now, as an instructor, Madi is dedicated to inspiring others through dance. Her goal is to make a lasting impact, not only as a dance teacher but also as a mentor, helping students find confidence and personal growth.

Originally from Augusta Georgia, she began her dance training at the age of two, initially in Irish Step dancing, and then eventually fell in love with ballet. Originally from Augusta Georgia, she began her dance training at the age of two, initially in Irish Step dancing, and then eventually fell in love with ballet. She trained at the Augusta Ballet School and at just 13 years old, she was accepted into the school’s affiliate company “Dance Augusta”, later renamed to the Colton Ballet Company.
Soon after, Shannon moved with her family to Charleston, South Carolina, where she trained with Dance Conservatory of Charleston in their Pre-Professional Program.
After graduating high school early, Shannon attended The College of Charleston as a
Dance major. Shannon can be seen dancing in season three of “The Righteous Gemstones” on HBO. Shannon is currently a member of the Palmetto City Ballet Company. Shannon is eager to share her love of ballet with our Charleston Elite students this season!

 Adelynn has been dancing since age two and danced competitively at Center Stage Dance Academy in Fort Mill, South Carolina. As an elite company member, she trained in Acrobatics, Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, and Tap. Throughout her competitive dance career, she won many first overalls, titles, scholarships, techn

 Adelynn has been dancing since age two and danced competitively at Center Stage Dance Academy in Fort Mill, South Carolina. As an elite company member, she trained in Acrobatics, Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, and Tap. Throughout her competitive dance career, she won many first overalls, titles, scholarships, technique awards, and apprenticeship opportunities. Her most significant accomplishments included winning Teen Miss Dance of the Southern Council in 2021 and Miss Dance of the Southern Council in 2023 through the Dance Masters of America organization. Along with being a decorated competition dancer, Adelynn was a member of the Nation Ford High School dance. She received the position of captain and was nominated MVP her senior year (2024). Currently, Adelynn is a member of the College of Charleston dance team, which earned second place in the D1 hip hop category at UDA nationals in 2025. Dance has been Adelynn's livelihood for as long as she can remember, and she is looking forward to sharing her experience and guiding the next generation of dancers at Charleston Elite.
